We don't ask for long notice periods, just get in touch with us as soon as you know you are moving out. We ask for a minimum of 3 working days notice on a move out, this is also in case your move out falls on a weekend. We can always help remind you of your payments dates to ensure you don't accidentally end up paying for another month that you don't need.

Empty the unit and take all rubbish with you. We have a brush on site if you need to borrow one, just ask. Then once you have emptied the storage unit, leave the padlock and the key on the floor inside the door. Then close the door and leave it unlocked. We will collect the padlock after.

Then let us know once you have actually left the unit and we will end the subscription for you to ensure no further payments come out. Please note that this stage is paramount, as we do not end subscriptions until we know you have completely finished and we have the padlock and key back. This is because we know that self storage needs to be flexible as circumstances change all the time, we understand that you may encounter delays at the final minute, so why we ask for you to let us know that you have completely finished. We will then cancel the subscription for you.
You can do this by Emailing us a photo of the empty unit if this is out of hours, or pop in and see us.
